  • We offer boat, yacht, small aircraft, and helicopter relocation services, including towing, road transport, loading/unloading, and customs support.

  • Services are subject to availability, route permits, and regulatory compliance.

  • Any timelines or schedules provided are estimates and may vary due to weather, port authority delays, or regulatory approvals.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are provided in writing (email or formal document).

  • Prices are based on dimensions, weight, distance, permits, insurance, and complexity.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen delays, storage, demurrage, or special handling.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or purchase order.

  • A deposit (percentage to be agreed) may be required before transport is scheduled.

  • Full payment must be made prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments must be made in the agreed currency and method.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide accurate information regarding vessel/aircraft dimensions, weight, condition, and transport requirements.

  • The client must ensure access at pickup and delivery points (e.g., marina clearance, road access, cranes if not provided by us).

  • Any required permits, customs documents, or certificates must be supplied unless otherwise agreed.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • All transports are carried out under standard logistics/haulage terms, subject to applicable EU and UK regulations.

  • We provide transport insurance cover (details on request). Additional coverage may be arranged at the client’s cost.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Delays caused by weather, customs, port/aviation authorities, or force majeure events.

    • Pre-existing damage to vessels or aircraft.

    • Consequential or indirect losses (e.g., missed charters, loss of use).

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

  • If cancellation occurs before dispatch, only administrative fees may apply.

  • If cancellation occurs after dispatch or loading, costs incurred (transport, permits, handling) will be charged.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or insert your jurisdiction).

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
